The club aims to meet a member’s fitness goals by introducing then to our Lifestyles Journey program. This consists of 3 individual sessions with an instructor in your first 6 weeks to assist you in reaching your aims and objectives. A nutritional consultation is also provided to ensure you are getting the best possible care.

Research has shown that following this type of program dramatically increases your chances of success – whatever your goal.

Additional Benefits:
In addition we have experienced Personal trainers available for those who need extra motivation, require lifestyle guidance or simply are not getting the desired results. A nutritionist and physiotherapist complete our team of internationally qualified professionals.

Alternatively, there are more than 60 exercise classes a week taking place in a large Maple-wood sprung Aerobics Studio; from the usual favourites such as Step, Aerobics and Yoga to more recent additions such as Tae-bo, Body Combat, and Spinning. There are also two international standard squash courts. Should you wish to improve your game professional coaching is also available.
